Roti - это такие лепешки типа блинчиков, из грубой муки. Распространены в Индии, некоторых других странах и Тринидаде и Тобаго. Довольно простой рецепт, искусство как раз заключается в том, чтобы роти получались красивые круглые. Ну, как и блины.
